Subscription & Billing
All subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Find Snoozly and manage your subscription
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Sound Not Playing?
If you're not hearing any sounds:
- Make sure your phone is not on silent mode (check the side switch)
- Turn up the volume using the side buttons
- Check if "Do Not Disturb" is blocking audio
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Restart your iPhone if the issue persists
Background Playback
Snoozly is designed to play in the background. If sounds stop when you lock your phone:
- Make sure you started a sound before locking the phone
- Check that Low Power Mode is not enabled (Settings > Battery)
- Ensure Snoozly has permission for Background Audio
Voice Recording Issues
If you can't record your voice:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone
- Make sure Snoozly has permission to use the microphone
- Try restarting the app after granting permission
Supported Devices
Snoozly requires:
- iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later
- Works on all iPhone models that support iOS 17
iPad support coming soon!
Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased Premium and it's not showing:
- Open Snoozly and go to the Premium screen
- Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase
